He is a Member of the Academy of Medical-prophylactic faculty and scientific seminar at the Specialized Council on hygiene and health organizations.
He is the initiator of the introduction of modern technologies. Under his leadership, organized in thematic classrooms. Along with the introduction of new educational technologies in the educational process step by step methods are being introduced, more objectively reflect the level of knowledge, including the integrated methods of assessing students’ knowledge on preventive health disciplines that ultimately a positive impact on performance. Author – 370 scientific publications: it is written 6 textbooks for students of medical-prophylactic faculty; 10 monographs, 33 technical specifications for the new food, 3 patents, 12 innovations, 15 SanPin, 47 training manuals and guidelines devoted to the hygiene aspects of the study and the development of new specialized products for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, goiter, immune system, for the prophylaxis and treatment of viral hepatitis; daily routine, dietary intake, morbidity, functional readiness of preschool children, learning conditions and education of children, teenagers, students and the public.
He is Chairman of the specialized council “Hygiene” at the Tashkent Medical Academy, chief specialist of hygiene of children and adolescents at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republican member of the Certification Commission for Health, Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases at the MoH, a member MANEB.
She prepared 2 doctors of sciences, 12 Ph.D.

Faculty member of the problem commission water hygiene and scientific foundations of Hygiene and Toxicology of Pesticides, Polymers and Plastics Union of Soviet Uzbek National Committee on UNESCO Program “Man and Biosphere”, a member of sanitary inspectors of Uzbekistan, the chairman, deputy. chairman, then a member of the Divisional Board of Health (1985-1990 gg.), a member of the International Fund “Ecosan” Fund “Avicenna”.
